Our Plans For Reopening

All of us at Pura have been excited to see all of our wonderful guests again!  Our plan is to reopen for business on June 1st, 2020 with limited occupancy as directed by the Governor's Stay Safe Plan for Reopening the Economy.

As always, we will continue to follow the rigorous sanitation guidelines that the board has for our industry.  But in order to ensure everyone’s safety in these unprecedented times, we wanted to let everyone know what to expect with some new additional safety standards that we will have in place when we are all back in the salon.

To guarantee your confidence, we’ve enhanced our safety and infection prevention protocols following the best practice direction of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology.

Please review this information prior to your appointment.

  • At this time, we are only providing services by appointment as required at this time by the Governor’s order.

  • If you are feeling under the weather, for everyone’s safety, please reschedule your appointment to a future date when you are feeling well again.  If we feel any customers present a health risk, we reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to allow any additional people to accompany you to your appointment.  This includes children.

  • Please come to your appointment with a mask.  At this time all stylists and clients are required to wear a mask.

  • Call the salon or text your stylist when you arrive to let us know you are ready for your appointment.

    • Please wait in your vehicle for your stylist, and we will notify you via text message or phone call when you can come in to the salon.

  • Now that the weather is getting warmer please leave your jackets and all other personal belongings in your vehicle.

  • Please ask the receptionist or your stylist to handle any beauty products you want to purchase.

  • To avoid unnecessary interaction, we may not have any beverages at the salon for now.  But if we do, please allow the receptionist or your stylist to get them for you.

  • When checking out for your services and to book your future appointment, please stay at your stylists’ station so there is no gathering at the front desk.

We want you to know.

  • All stylists will wash their hands thoroughly between each service.

  • The restrooms and reception area will be cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.

  • All stylist’s stations will be cleaned and sanitized between guests.

  • Please be patient if your stylist is running late – it is going to be an adjustment as we all get back in to the groove.

  • The government might provide further guidance to modify what we have listed, so please be understanding of any changes.

WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU SOON!!
